HeLa cells infected with encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV) and harvested at 2 (top left), 4 (top right) and 6 h (bottom) post-infection. Cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with anti-3D antibodies (visualizing EMCV 3D polymerase). Then the cells were incubated with anti-mouse FITC-conjugated antibodies (green) and TxR-conjugated wheat germ agglutinin (red), localizing Golgi and nuclear membranes.
